Packaging	The boxes used for delivery are stronger and sturdier. Lot of bubble wrap and thermocol sheet is used to keep your order safe.	The box is not strong and only a cello tape lining is used to make the bottom of the box stronger. Confetti is filled inside the box and only the product is wrapped in a small amount of bubble wrap. (I would give them points for recycling paper, but not with my products at stake!!)
Offers & Discounts	There are offers on products but not on all the products.	There is discount on almost all the products. No matter how small the discount is, I lurveee them.
Customer Care	The site has a customer care number which looks like a cell number. Does that mean only one call can be taken at a time?! You can mail them as well. You have to pay for calling the customer care as it is not a toll free number.	This site also lists a cell number as the customer care number. You can mail them about your order or you can even comment on their order history page. Although, calling on the cell phone means you pay for the call and lines might be busy.

Damaged Or Missing Item	Don’t accept the package if it is damaged. If the inner content is damaged or missing, call them up and they’ll sort out your problem but do it soon after you get your package.	They’ll send you the missing item and they’ll deal with the damaged item reports but make sure you do it within 48hrs of delivery.
